Our British Autumn Honey is made by bees taken onto the moors in August when the Ling Heather is in bloom. The bees produce an incredibly aromatic honey with a uniquely thick and silky texture. Similar to a Manuka honey, Ling Heather honey has high antibacterial properties but it’s also great on toast, on your porridge or straight from the jar. Sourced from apiaries across Yorkshire and Scotland. Check the back of the label to reveal the location and the name of the beekeeper who helped craft your jar of honey. Total Activity Score: 17.
