The Fruit and Nut is vegan with no added salt and a wonderful blend of ingredients including Scotch porridge and jumbo oats, barley and wheat flakes, oat & coconut granola, Thompson raisins, chopped dates, roasted hazelnuts and chopped peanuts, almonds and walnuts.
