Crunchy crumble: Mix together 50g each of flaked almonds and rolled oats. 75g each of raw cane sugar, wholemeal flour and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over approx 450g cooked fruit. Bake at 180°C (350°F)/Gas mark 4 for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
