Essential Organic Moroccan Cous Cous is a palm oil free mix of organic dried nuts and fruit, herbs and spices including apricots, sultanas, chopped dates, flaked almonds, cashew pieces, spearmint and cinnamon. All wonderfully blended together with Essential organic wholemeal Cous Cous this is ready to serve in a little over five minutes of heating. Add some fresh organic vegetables or salad for a perfect anytime meal.
Ingredients:
Wholemeal Cous cous (78%), sultanas, apricots, dates, flaked almonds, cashew nuts, spearmint, cinnamon. Bring 500ml water to boil & add 250g Couscous Mix. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 min. stirring continuously. Remove from heat, cover for 4 mins. Add olive oil, season and stir.
