Remember those chocolate lime sweeties you could buy by the quarter pound as a kid? Dawn certainly does. A firm childhood favourite, we just had to create a biscuit with that took us back to 1984, but using more authentic, organic ingredients. So the zingy lime flavour comes simply from pure Sicilian lime oil, and the biscuit is the same melty all-butter recipe that works so well on their sister-biscuit Lemon Melts.
