Dove Farm Rye Flour is 100% stoneground and has a distinctive flavour. It is naturally lower in gluten than wheat, producing close textured breads with a pleasing continental flavour. Originating in Turkey it was extensively used during the Roman Empire to make rye bread. This case of five 1 kg packs is ideal for busy cooks and chefs wanting to keep flour in stock for baking.
