Soya Beans / 1x25Kg
Soya beans originated in China. Nutritionally superior when cooked. Soak 8-12 hours, boil vigorously 1 hour. Cook 3-4 hours (50 mins in a pressure cooker) and simmer until soft. Ubiquitous in the food industry specifically used to make soya milk, tofu and tempeh. Can also be sprouted (although not our favourite!)
